Hypselodoris bertschi Gosliner & Johnson, 1999
30mm

This species has been known in Hawaii for some time, although earlier authors identified it with the specific name lineata. Although we could occasionally find specimens at Makua, Pupukea, and Koko Head, and also saw it at Puako, Hawaii, they were far and away most common in the Magic Island channel. There we could routinely see a dozen or more specimens on a single dive.
