Favorinus sp. e764
<10mm

This small Favorinus was exposed at night on a Kwajalein lagoon reef. It resembles Favorinus sp. 9 in Gosliner et al (2018), except for the color of the digestive cores within the cerata. However, those cores usually take on the color of the opisthobranch eggs the Favorinus nudibranchs eat, so are often variable. Photos by Stan Jazwinski.
