Marionia sp. e348 is known from about six specimens found at Kwajalein Atoll. All were found at night on the leeward seaward reef slope, usually in the vicinity of small colonies of soft coral. They are similar morphologically to specimens of Marionia rubra from Enewetak Atoll, but those were brown with reddish pustules. Still, we have seen few specimens and the color could vary. It is likely they are variations of one species.
