This Philinopsis was crawling on sand at Batuniti. We have seen something very much like this in the Philippines. Considering the amount of variation present in some other members of the Aglajidae, it is possible, maybe even likely, that these are color forms of one of the other species, such as Tubulophilinopsis pilsbryi.
