Doto sp. b104
15mm

These were common on hydroids at Tulamben in May 2013 and June 2014, but we did not see them at all in November 2012. Previously we had these combined with Doto sp. b302. It is still possible that they are the same, but Doto sp. b302 tends to be smaller and appears to have different egg masses. However, even if they are different species, they are similar enough that we may have mixed them up and put some photos on the wrong pages.

Egg masses laid in a straight line along the spine of the hydroid.

Growing back the dorsal processes along the left side of the body.
