Caphyra tridens Richters, 1880
15mm?

This perfect example of a crab blending in with its normal background was discovered and photographed by Christina Sylvester. The crab is a species of Caphyra and it lives on small clumps of a common soft coral in the genus Cladiella. When the soft coral polyps are retracted as in the photo, the pattern on the crab could not be a better match.
