We saw these at Minilog and Red Palm. Although this is commonly figured as S. paegnius and the World Register of Marine Species lists it as valid, Orr et al (2002) state that "Orr and Fritzsche (1993) examined the holotype of S. paegnius and determined that it is S. cyanopterus."
