Pseudocheilinus hexataenia (Bleeker, 1857)
Sixstripe wrasse, 10cm

This small wrasse is common on seaward, pinnacle and lagoon reefs, but it is secretive and tends to remain near cover. They are usually seen flitting from one clump of branch coral or small cave to another.
