Sponge, gray sp. 2

We have seen this figured as a species of Pseudoceratina but the ID remains uncertain. It is common in ledges and small caves on the seaward reef slope and in channels, and can sometimes be seen on the slopes of lagoon pinnacles. It appears to be a primary food source for the cowry Callistocypraea aurantium.
