Saron neglectus de Man, 1902

Saron neglectus hides in rubble or holes in the reef by day and usually comes out to the edges of their hiding areas at night. One characteristic of this species is supposed to be the ocellated spot on each side of the back of the abdomen.

This one found a rather precarious position within the link of the chain of an anchor line.
