This appears to be another crinoid commensal Laomenes, possibly a variation of L. amboinensis. The shrimp always seem to closely match the crinoid upon which they live, so all of our species may be color variants of one or very few species. This photo is from Stan Jazwinski.
The one below was found by Jay Lord on Kwajalein's seaward reef.
