Pseudoceros meenae Dixit, Silvaperuman & Raghunathan, 2018
20mm

This recently described small flatworm is occasionally found under rocks or in algae patches on lagoon reefs.

It is possible the rest of the photos show a different species, differing in the marginal color, which is orange at the very edge, then black, then with a narrow white submarginal band that is whiter than the rest of the dorsum.

The one below was photographed by Jay Lord.

This one found by Ken Cone and Beth Van Zummeren at Majuro Atoll also appers to have a trace of white bordering the black submargin, plus a more distinct central white line.
