Gymnothorax gracilicauda Jenkins, 1903
Slendertail moray, 32cm

The narrow forehead, whitish edging to the dorsal fin and general coloration suggests this is Gymnothorax gracilicauda. In was in shallow water just off the breakers on the eastern seaward reef of Kwajalein Atoll at a depth of about 5m, and was found and photographed by Jay Lord.
