Nemateleotris magnifica Fowler, 1928

The shallowest and most common of the dartfish at Kwajalein is Nemateleotris magnifica. It lives on lagoon and seaward reefs at depths of about 3 to at least 25m. In its lower ranges on the seaward reef, it overlaps with Nemateleotris helfrichi.
