Although we cannot see the entire animal in this photo, what is visible looks like what is called Clarkcomanthus mirabilis in Humann & DeLoach (2010). It could also be one of the many color forms of Stephanometra indica. This individual was tucked away in a ledge along with some Stylasteridae corals on the Kwajalein Atoll seaward reef.
