Nemanthias dispar is a common species on the Kwajalein seaward reef, where they form large schools around the knee of the dropoff. They are usually more common than Nemanthias bartlettorum, but will often school with them when both species are present. N. dispar males have a large, red dorsal fin seen in some of the photos below. Females look a lot like the females of N. bartlettorum.
The small fish in the photo below appear to be juveniles or females of Mirolabrichthys pascalus.
