Discodoris concinna (Alder & Hancock, 1864)

We found one of these while snorkeling at water point near the end of Mboli channel on 22 August 1987. While there is some thought that Discodoris concinna is likely the same as D. lilacina, this specimen looked different enough from typical D. lilacina we have seen in Hawaii and in the Marshall Islands that for now we are keeping them separate. This looks a bit more, although not exactly, like what we are also calling Discodoris concinna from Pohnpei.
