This unidentified species of goniodorid is known in the Marshalls from one specimen found at Enewetak Atoll and a second found by Christina Sylvester at Kwajalein. The Kwajalein specimen was on an encrusted rope in shallow water. This species if figured in Gosliner et al (2018) as Goniodoris sp. 9.

The Enewetak specimen found on 30 March 1983 was under dead coral at a depth of 5 meters on a lagoon reef, and it measured 4.5mm in length.
