Cyerce pavonina Bergh, 1888
30mm

This is now considered a form of Cyerce pavonina, although it has some differences from specimens from the Marshall Islands. However, like many species of Cyerce, it is probably quite variable in coloration. The specimen below was found under rocks on the shallow reef at Hauula, Oahu, at a depth of about 1m.
