Haloa musetta (Marcus & Burch, 1965)
8mm

Haloa musetta was originally described from Enewetak Atoll by Marcus & Burch (1965). We are not certain the animal below is this species, but it seemed the closest fit. It is possible, however, that this specimen is a color variant of Diniatys dentifer. We have seen these at Enewetak and Kwajalein, but rarely. The specimen below measured 8mm and was found on the pilings of Medren Pier, Enewetak Atoll.
