Several of these Plocamopherus were found in Bethlehem channel. Each one has three pair of dorsolateral processes, with the posterior two on each side bearing lavender globes. The dark globes resemble those in the species we are calling Plocamopherus cf pecoso from the Marshall Islands, although the Anilao specimens do not have the same discrete orange spotting.
