Favorinus mirabilis Baba, 1955
10mm

We saw several of these egg eaters, often with other species of Favorinus feeding on various opisthobranch egg masses. Color of the digestive extensions into the cerata vary with the colors of the eggs eaten, but they always seem to have white speckles on the cerata and body, which is one of the characters that distinguishes them from what we are calling Favorinus sp. a112.
