These small sea anemones, a species of Nemanthus, are always found growing on the branches of dead gorgonians or whip corals. Here they've crowded together to the point where no piece of the underlying coral skeleton is visible. Interestingly, while many of the anemones have solid orange stalks and bases, a few are orange spotted with brown.
