This appears to be Ostracion nasus. Coloration in O. nasus and O. rhinorhynchos is similar and both can develop a large bump on the forehead. O. nasus differs in the presence of a hard ridge running lengthwise down the center of the back. The World Register of Marine Species (WORMS) currently has this as Rhynchostracion nasus.
